Celtic Storm Registration


Welcome to the Celtic Storm club!  Registration is a two part process.  All players must register through the Utah Youth Soccer on-line system.  This can be accessed at http://uysa.celtic.affinitysoccer.com.  Please read the following detailed instructions on how to complete this step in the registration:

    After you have registered your daughter and payed the state's registration fees on-line, you will then need to print out the registration form you have just created and bring it to your team administrator along with a clear copy of her birth certificate. The team administrator will set up a time and place to do this.  It is at this time that you will pay for the club fees and complete the registration process.


    IMPORTANT NOTE! All pictures in the system will be deleted on May 31st.  When you register for next year you are required to upload a current picture.  The instructions on how to upload a picture and the requirements for the picture are found here:

      • Use Internet Explorer, not Mozilla.
      • If you make a mistake do not re-register. Just tell your team administrator.

      Celtic Storm Academy Registration

      When: Begins May 9th, 2011

      For: Girls U6 - U10
      Location of Trainings/Games: Cemetery Fields – 1200N 800E in Orem
      Cost: $350 - Includes: Fall and Spring Sessions, Uniforms, Club T-shirt, 24+ hours of trainings, 16 games, and a Summer Camp
      About:   If your daughter has a desire to play soccer, come join the Celtic Storm Academy. The academy provides expert coaching and instruction from the BYU womens head soccer coach - Jen Rockwood and her collegiate players.       How to sign up: Print and fill out the forms below and attach a copy of the girls birth certificate and check (made out to Celtic Storm Academy) and mail to Chelsea Jolley - 291 West 300 South, Orem, UT 84058, OR come in person to the Orem Cemetery fields on May 9th - 5-6:30PM, May 12th 5:30-7PM, May 13th 5:30-7PM.
