As a member of the BYU soccer team, traveled internationally and has competed against top international professional teams: Monterrey, Mexico: Tigres de Monterrey; Santiago, Chile: Colo-Colo, La Universidad de Chile; Mexico City, Mexico- America, Pachuca, Cruz Azul; Suva, Fiji: Fijian National team, Suva, Ba, Lautoka.
Matched up against legendary German striker, Jurgen Klinsmann while playing with BYU. Were Northwest Divisional Champs and twice reached the Elite Eight of the PDL. Qualified and competed in the US Open Cup twice.

Went to Southern Virginia University in the Fall of 2009 to play soccer, named captain, lead the team to the first winning season in 7 years.
